Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, tressieres.com, is the personal website of Raphael Tressieres and is operated by RT Advisory Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with its registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong SAR ("we", "us", "our"). For any privacy matter, email raphael@tressieres.com. We are the data controller for the personal data described below. The practice websites linked from this page (rtadvisory.com, rtmentoring.com, rtvintage.com) carry their own privacy policies.

2. What we collect

• Contact form data you submit through this website: your name, email address, the practice your message concerns and your message. The form is delivered to our mailbox by FormSubmit, a form-forwarding service.
• Email data you send us directly: your name, email address and anything you include.

Beyond the contact form, this website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To respond to your enquiry and follow up on it (steps prior to a contract, or legitimate interests).
• To keep limited records of correspondence (legitimate interests).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run this site and our correspondence: FormSubmit (delivery of form submissions), Microsoft 365 (email) and our website host (Hostinger). If your enquiry concerns a specific practice, it may be handled within that practice under its own policy.

5. International transfers

We operate internationally (including Hong Kong and the European Union) and our providers may process data in other countries, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by the provider.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement: up to 12 months. Correspondence connected to an engagement is retained under the relevant practice's policy and applicable law.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the EU and UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to raphael@tressieres.com and we will respond within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies and third-party requests

This website sets no cookies. The pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a standard technical request (including your IP address) to Google when the page loads. If we introduce analytics in the future, we will use a privacy-respecting, cookieless tool or ask for your consent first, and we will update this policy.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above always reflects the current version.
